- BASIC REQUIREMENT
- Eligibility: All purchasing customers must be willing to be served only within the states and cities wherein WLS declares as service areas for shipping, product deliveries and pickups. WLS is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in Nigeria only and thus engaging clients are subject to same even if from other countries.
- Agreement to Operational Systems: By soliciting and engaging WLS's products and services, you agree to their Operational Systems as stated below.
- OPERATIONAL SYSTEM
- Brand Integration: WLS's currently operational logo or name will be crafted into packaging materials used for customer's product deliveries.
- Business Engagement: To successfully engage the services of WLS, the following protocols must be observed.
- Access Our Products on or offline: Prospect buyers must have seen either online or offline the product that they are interested in before considering purchasing.
- Place Your Order: After engaging with either the images, videos or physical products in display screens, buyer can then place order with payment via either of the accepted and publicly declared payment methods with non to personal accounts. All payments go either through paystack or directly to BusyBissy Media Productions business account.
- Shipping and Delivery: Products ordered through WLS can be shipped or delivered only to operational areas, so buyers should be sure before placing orders if their products can be delivered to them. There is a maximum number of days for delivery but may be shortened or lengthened by the operation of our engaged freights.
- Discounts: WLS will reward buyers with multiple discount channels and are at liberty to use or ignore the offers based on their operational indices clearly explained on our website. This scheme can be cancelled or improved upon without notice.
- INDEMNITY
- Refunds Policy: WLS will refund for defect products that are clearly not the fault of the buyer, provided that the products in question are still in their original delivery packaging with all parts or features intact. This refund will be made either as cash refunds or rebates in other purchases.
- Product Content: The buyer is responsible for the content of products purchased on WLS. Been sold via WLS does not endorse a 100% guarantee of product quality as WLS is not a manufacturer of these products but a merchant in its sales. WLS will however ensure that products are functional for the purposes for which they are advertised.
- Disputes: WLS IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF Nigeria AND [Ondo State, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of engaging our ecommerce services, buyers agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with sales carried out by WLS shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ondo state having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the buyer be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees and the client further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
- Limitation of Liability: By engaging WLS services, you agree to release and hold harmless BusyBissy Media Productions and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such buyer's engagement of WLS as a paying customer and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the product sold by WLS from such engagement or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the business partnership or production process; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the delivery of the sales.
Woju Luxury Stores is a subsidiary of BusyBissy Media Productions, therefore, all payment correspondences are addressed to BusyBissy Media Productions and same has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Woju Luxury Stores' operational indices. Any attempt by a buyer to deliberately damage any of BusyBissy brand on and offline or undermine the legitimate operation of the Woju Luxury Stores sales network may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, BusyBissy Media Productions reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
